This policy explains how NeoPDF for Mac ("NeoPDF", "the app") handles information. NeoPDF is published by Comex Technologies Pte Ltd, Singapore ("we").
Summary
NeoPDF does not collect, store or share any personal data. The app has no account, no analytics and no advertising, and it does not send your documents anywhere.
Your documents
NeoPDF opens, edits and saves PDF files only on your Mac. Text recognition (OCR) uses Apple's on-device Vision framework. Your documents are never uploaded to us or to anyone else.
Information stored on your Mac
To work, the app stores some information locally on your Mac, inside the app's own storage: your saved signature, the list of recently opened files (with references that let the app open them again) and your settings. This information is not sent to us. You can remove it by deleting the signature, clearing the recent files list, or deleting the app.
iCloud
If you are signed in to iCloud, NeoPDF keeps your saved signature and your tool settings (color, line width, font size and form highlighting) in your own iCloud key-value storage, so that they are the same on all Macs that use your Apple Account. Apple stores this data in your iCloud account; we cannot see it. Your documents and your recent files list are not put in iCloud. You can turn this off for all apps in System Settings › Apple Account › iCloud.
Purchases
NeoPDF Pro is sold through the Mac App Store. Apple processes the payment; we do not receive your payment details or your Apple Account. The app asks the App Store only whether NeoPDF Pro was purchased on your Apple Account. Apple's privacy policy applies to the purchase.
Diagnostics
If you choose to share analytics with app developers in macOS settings, Apple may give us crash reports and usage statistics that do not identify you. We use them only to fix problems.
Children
NeoPDF does not collect information from anyone, including children.
Changes
If this policy changes, we will publish the new version on this page with a new date.

你的文档

保存在你的 Mac 上的信息
为了正常工作，本 App 会在你的 Mac 上、App 自己的存储空间里保存一些信息：你保存的签名、最近打开的文件列表（以及让 App 能再次打开它们的引用）和你的设置。这些信息不会发送给我们。你可以删除签名、清除最近文件列表或删除本 App 来移除它们。
iCloud
如果你登录了 iCloud，NeoPDF 会把你保存的签名和工具设置（颜色、线宽、字号和表单高亮）存在你自己的 iCloud 键值存储里，让使用同一 Apple 账户的所有 Mac 保持一致。这些数据由 Apple 存在你的 iCloud 账户中，我们看不到。你的文档和最近文件列表不会放进 iCloud。你可以在「系统设置 › Apple 账户 › iCloud」中为所有 App 关闭此功能。
购买
NeoPDF Pro 通过 Mac App Store 销售，由 Apple 处理付款；我们不会收到你的付款信息或你的 Apple 账户。本 App 只向 App Store 查询你的 Apple 账户是否购买过 NeoPDF Pro。购买适用 Apple 的隐私政策。
诊断信息
如果你在 macOS 设置中选择与 App 开发者共享分析数据，Apple 可能会向我们提供不能识别你身份的崩溃报告和使用统计。我们只用它们来修复问题。
儿童
NeoPDF 不收集任何人的信息，包括儿童。
变更
如果本政策有变更，我们会在本页发布新版本并更新日期。
